hite House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said that she was forced to leave a Virginia restaurant by the owner due to her work for the Trump administration.
Sanders said that she was dining at the Red Hen in Lexington, Va., when the owner asked her to leave, which Sanders did.
“Her actions say far more about her than about me,” Sanders tweeted on Saturday. “I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so.”
Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work for @POTUS and I politely left. Her actions say far more about her than about me. I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so

A man named Jaike Foley-Schultz claimed to be Sanders’ waiter at the Red Hen. He said in a Facebook post that Sanders was accompanied by seven members of her family at the restaurant.

Sanders’ account comes after protesters heckled Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen earlier this week at a Washington, D.C. Mexican restaurant. Nielsen has publicly defended the administration’s “zero tolerance” policy that had led to family separations at the border.
White House adviser Stephen Miller, who touted the “zero tolerance” policy, was also heckled at a different Mexican restaurant.
Twitter obviously is not feeling very sad for Sarah Slanders:
Really?? Didn't you refuse to answer @Acosta question last week, telling him "I know it's hard for you to understand even short sentences"?

I will say this.
We are in a very dangerous place in our nation right now.
Many of us genuinely, earnestly see Sarah Huckabee Sanders as the spokesperson for an evil man who causes actual harm. She lies and defends his evil daily.
Nobody should want to serve them. https://t.co/PUkJk0ZMrz

GOP is ADAMANT that a cake baker in Colorado can DECLINE to make a cake for someone who is LGBTQ.

Sarah Sanders defends separating thousands of immigrant kids from their parents, cutting SNAP food assistance for millions of poor people, allowing bakers to discriminate against LGBT people, and telling a black reporter to "stop talking," but she's the polite, respectful victim. https://t.co/EABiTBHBUa

Cool. Sarah Sanders is using her official White House Twitter account, which she uses as the official spokesperson for the President of the United States, to attack a private business https://t.co/lNXB5Pn5r4

Sarah Sanders just gave the Red Hen restaurant a lot of customers who will eat there just to support the Red Hen's dislike of Trump.
Not sure her plan to publicly shame them was well thought out. https://t.co/cP6oGXjqNy

Just a few weeks ago, @PressSec was defending a baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple.
This is what's wrong with the Trump administration. They don't care about the rest of us. It's only a problem if it affects them. https://t.co/RUp8uGMwPC

I guess if bakers don't have to make cakes for gays, then restaurants don't have to make meals for fascist propagandists. https://t.co/eXkQ4DSH4Z

SARAH SANDERS: Look, this administration supports the cake baker's right to refuse service to customers because of who they are.
ALSO SARAH SANDERS: A business, open to the public, just refused me service because of who I am. I’m being PERSECUTED!

Didn’t you morons get your panties in a wad defending the baker that didn’t want to make cakes for gay couples? https://t.co/1idczybcwA
